Creak
a squeaking sound
E.g: “It was no louder than a whisper from without -the creak of a board.” 


Juggernaut
a massive inexorable force that seems to crush everything in its way.
E.g:- “That is what my book is about:How do you get the strength to jump off the juggernaut of a relationship?”  


Nip
bite quickly
E.g: "one of the dogs nipped him on the leg"


Tantalise
Harass with persistent criticism or carping.
E.g: “They tantalise the fancy ,but never reach the head nor touch the heart”


Conglomerate
Two or more corporations that fall under one corporate group.
E.g: Conglomerates firms grew faster than other firms in the 1960s.


Scampering
(especially of a small animal or child) run with quick light steps, especially through fear or excitement.
E.g: He heard the squeak and scamper of Rats.


Undercut 
offer goods and services at lower prices than a competitor.
E.g: Prices are at rock bottom and supermarkets are Undercutting each other in price wars.


Apex
High point or climax.
E.g: The Central Bank is at the Apex of the Financial system.


Abatement
Encouragement or assistance to do something wrong.
E.g: After all, by law, the act of suicide and its abatement are both punishable. 


Behove 
be appropriate  or necessary.
E.g: It Behoves opposition members to decry the sale of arms to friendly countries.
