1. Pungent

Means: Something having strong/sharp smell/taste

E.g: The taste of chilli is *pungent*. 

2. Peddler

Seller of illegal drugs etc. 

E.g: There is strict punishment fixed for *peddlers*.  

3. Brew

To make tea etc. by blending(mixing) with hot water. 

E.g: The freshly *brewed* aroma of a letter. 

4. Bygone

related to old(earlier)  time

E.g: In a *bygone* era, young women would spray a little perfume on their letters.   

5. Aroma

Strong pleasant smell like flower,food etc. 

E.g: *Aroma* of rose is awesome. 

6. Last ditch effort

Means: An attempt which is made at the end of series of failures 

E.g: *Last ditch* effort to win over voters. 

7. Iron out

Remove problems or differences 

E.g: PDP, BJP leaders try to *iron out* differences.
