1. Jittery
the condition of nervousness and unable to relax
E.g: Bengal doctors jittery over attacks.


2. Severed
divide by cutting especially forcibly 
E.g: Severed head of calf found in U.P. 


3. Douse
Extinguish (fire)
E.g: Efforts resumed to *douse* Mount-Abu forest fire.  


4. Upbeat
Cheerful 
E.g: BJP is *upbeat* because of Modi-Lahar. 


5. Salvage
To rescue (like cargo/ship etc.)  
E.g: Recently Indian coast guard *salvaged* Pakistani Commandos. 


6. Exult
show or feel jubilation or feeling of victory 
E.g: Sai Praneeth *exulted* after winning the match. 


7. Empathy 
empathy is putting yourself in the shoes of another.
ability to understand feeling of another 
E.g: When someone commits mistakes then we may forgive the person because of *empathy*. 


8. Guileless 
Unable to cheat 
E.g: Mahatama Gandhiji was *guileless*.
